How Your Membership Works
Every Monthly Membership receive number of regular session credit/s that align with the tier you've selected. Simply log into your member account on the website. Your available regular passes/credits will be automatically recognized when you book a session.If you choose to upgrade your session to a specialty session/workshop, just message theohmdome@gmail.com. We will send you a special code to deduct the cost of one of your regular sessions valued at $55 and you will just need to pay the difference at checkout!
Where Your Membership Works
To ensure clarity on your purchases, please note that all Monthly Membership passes and Flex Pass credits are valid EXCLUSIVELY for sessions currently held at our two primary Ohm Dome-based locations: Hope Flower Farm and The Magical Cottage.
Sessions held at outside venues, off-site retreats, or other special locations are excluded from all passes and memberships, as those venues require separate ticketing and payments. Moonlit Mavens is also not included in Membership upgrades as it is a separate program offering.

A: Passes and memberships are valid exclusively for sessions held at our two primary Ohm Dome locations: Hope Flower Farm (Waterford, VA) and The Magical Cottage (Hamilton, VA). They cannot be used for sessions held at outside venues, special retreats, or Moonlit Mavens as those venues and workshops require separate ticketing and/or materials.
Q: How do passes work for Specialty Events (priced over $55)?
A: Every pass or membership credit acts as a fixed $55 credit toward any regular session, including specialty events. You simply pay the remaining balance at checkout.
Q: What is The Daily Aligner?
A: All monthly members receive The Daily Aligner, exclusive daily guidance sent directly to your inbox, featuring your daily horoscope, an oracle card pull, and practical alignment tips to help you reset your energy each morning.
Flex Pass Questions
Q: How long are my Flex Passes valid?

The 3-Session Pass is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Q: Can I share my Flex Pass sessions with a friend or family member?
A: Yes! All Flex Passes can be shared with guests. You must provide your unique code to your guest to use at checkout.
Q: Can I get a refund for unused Flex Passes?
A: Flex Passes are non-refundable. They are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for your upfront commitment.

Q: What is the "Family Share Plan" for The Luminary membership?
A: The Family Share Plan allows you to share your four recurring monthly passes with immediate family members or friends. You simply book all sessions under your account.
Q: Do my unused passes roll over to the next month?
A: No. All monthly passes reset with your new billing cycle each month and do not roll over.
Q: If I cancel my membership, what happens to my unused passes?
A: Upon cancellation, any remaining passes or credits will typically be valid until the end of your current billing cycle. They will not carry over into the following month once your membership has officially ended.
