As a VP of Operations and Director of Social Video at a global 360 marketing firm, I jet-setted all over and led creative teams across the map, executing multi-million dollar events. But I soon realized my true purpose was not managing million-dollar budgets. It was facilitating million-dollar transformations within the human spirit.
