This 90-minute experience blends the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful, guided meditation, with the healing resonance of a live sound bath, designed to lull your body into total relaxation and awaken your inner wisdom.
As you lie supported and still, you'll journey into a liminal space between sleep and wakefulness, while waves of sound (crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and sacred instruments) gently wash over you, clearing tension and realigning your energetic body.
