This 90-minute experience blends the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra—a deeply restful, guided meditation—with the healing resonance of a live sound bath, designed to lull your body into total relaxation and awaken your inner wisdom.

As you lie supported and still, you'll journey into a liminal space between sleep and wakefulness, while waves of sound—crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and sacred instruments—gently wash over you, clearing tension and realigning your energetic body.

No Movement or Experience Needed!

All are welcome. Younger ages welcome if they can manage quietly meditations and minimal movement for up to 1-hour.

Held on the second floor of Hope Flower Farm’s beautifully renovated dairy barn—a light-filled haven with soaring cathedral ceilings and rustic charm. Surrounded by gardens and vineyard views, this sacred loft space offers a peaceful, elevated retreat for sound, stillness, and soulful renewal.
