This guide is not a literal animal, but an archetypal energy that offers its specific "medicine," be it the courage of the Lion, the vision of the Eagle, or the wisdom of the Owl. PREPARATION

Arrival: Plan for extra travel time! Arrive 10-minutes early to ground in.

Parking: Look for "Ohm Dome" sign near the mailbox. Pull into the driveway and find a place to park, not blocking others.

Weather: The cottage is temperature-controlled, removeable layers recommended.

Important: Once parked, journey to backyard to the magical cottage.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Ohm Dome provides yoga mat, blanket and pillow so just bring yourself!

• Easily removeable shoes to take off/on at door

• Water bottle
