ACUPUNCTURE:

Embark on a journey of inner rejuvenation as skilled acupuncturist, Isabel, gently stimulates your body's meridian points, facilitating the flow of energy and promoting balance. Receiving an acupuncture treatment compounds the deep experience of sound healing for a fully transportive session.

SOUND BATH:

Feel the resonance of Tibetan singing bowls, the ethereal tones of crystal bowls, and the soothing vibrations of chimes wash over you like a gentle wave, inviting you to release tension and embrace serenity. Each note, carefully selected and expertly played, carries the essence of renewal and growth, resonating with the energies of Beltane.  

MEANING OF BELTANE:

Beltane is a traditional Gaelic festival marking the beginning of the summer season. It's typically celebrated on May 1st in the Northern Hemisphere, falling halfway between the spring equinox and the summer solstice. Beltane holds deep significance in various cultures, particularly those with Celtic roots.

The festival is associated with themes of fertility, growth, and abundance, as it marks the transition from the barrenness of winter to the blossoming vitality of spring and the burgeoning of summer. In many traditions, Beltane is a time of honoring the Earth's fertility and the sacred union of masculine and feminine energies. It's a time for celebrating life, love, and the promise of renewal.

AMBIENCE:

This sound bath is set in a stunning, spacious barn with majestic cathedral ceilings. Embrace the natural ambiance as you are able to feel nature's presence, while still being sheltered from all the elements. The rustic barn wood floor invites you to bring your own comforts for the session. Blankets and mats available provided by Ohm Dome on first come, first serve basis, or, if pre-arranged through TheOhmDome@gmail.com. ***Please Note: The event takes place on the 2nd level, which requires walking up one set of stairs.***

WHAT TO BRING/PREPARE:

* Arrive 10-minutes early to check-in and sink in!

* Yoga Mat/Blanket to lay on

* Pillow for your head + pillow/s for any other body needs

* Blanket/s to keep you cozy and warm

* Water bottle

* Journal (Ohm Dome journal provided, but bring your own if preferred)

* Wear comfortable clothes

*For acupuncture, wear pants that pull up to knee
