The Moon is turning red. Are you ready to reset?

We are gathering on the eve of the rare Total Lunar Eclipse (the "Blood Moon") for a night of deep grounding and sonic alchemy. Eclipses are powerful cosmic reset buttons, times when the shadow reveals what we are ready to release. To navigate this intense energy, we must first anchor ourselves.

THE EXPERIENCE

Bathed in candlelight, you will be guided through a restorative Sound Bath designed to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind. Using the resonance of crystal bowls and grounding rhythms, we will wash away the static of the outside world, preparing your physical and energetic body for the celestial event occurring the following morning.

THE RITUAL CRAFT: Eclipse Spritzer

We will also engage in a hands-on blending ritual. You will create your own Eclipse Spritzer, a custom aromatherapy spray infused with grounding oils and moon-charged water. This spray is your "anchor in a bottle." Take it home and use it during the eclipse the next morning, or whenever you need to clear your space and return to center during this transformative season.

WHAT TO BRING:

• A yoga mat and a blanket (for maximum coziness).

• A water bottle

• A personal journal if preferred (optional)

PREPARATION

Arrival: Arrive 5-10 minutes early to ground in

Parking: Enter through the gates into the grove. of trees, veer left at the barn silo, and park in gravel lot!

Weather: Removable layers suggested.

• Comfort! (pillows, blankets, bolsters, if preferred)

• Comfortable clothing (dress for the temperature. We are inside, away from the elements, but not temperature controlled.
