OHM DOME SOUND BATH:

Embark on a transformative journey with an Ohm Dome Sound Bath Experience. Guided by sound and energy practitioner Jenny Goff, this session elevates your mind, body, and spirit to new heights of tranquility, clarity and connection.

This esoteric ambiance is where ancient wisdom meets modern healing. Settle in as Jenny guides you through a grounding meditation, preparing you for a transformative sound experience. Frequencies and auditory textures will serenade your entire body through instruments from all over the World: Himalayan bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, wind instruments, native drums, and even Jenny's own singing voice. These sounds resonate deeply, creating a sonic tapestry within your body, releasing tension, and unlocking new levels of awareness and healing.

After the immersive sound bath, take time to journal and reflect. This moment of introspection deepens your healing journey. The session concludes with an optional sharing circle, fostering a sense of community.

AMBIENCE:

This sound bath is set in a stunning, spacious barn with majestic cathedral ceilings. Embrace the natural ambiance as you are able to feel nature's presence, while still being sheltered from all the elements. The rustic barn wood floor invites you to bring your own comforts for the session. Blankets and mats available provided by Ohm Dome on first come, first serve basis, or, if pre-arranged through TheOhmDome@gmail.com. ***Please Note: The event takes place on the 2nd level, which requires walking up one set of stairs.

WHAT TO BRING/PREPARE:

* Arrive 10-minutes early to sink in!

* Yoga Mat/Blanket to lay on

* Pillow for your head + pillow/s for any other body needs

* As many layers/blankets you want - It gets chilly once you stop moving!

* Water bottle

* Flowy clothing that allows you to move easily
