Intention: As the nights reach their longest, our primary focus turns to the unwavering element of Fire. This sound bath is an experience designed to ignite your own inner light, hope, and passion. Through dynamic and rhythmic sounds, we will connect with the transformative energy of the flame, leaving you feeling motivated, courageous, and full of warmth to illuminate the darkness.

ABOUT ELEMENTAL SOUND BATHS

The ancient energies of Earth, Air, Water, and Fire are the sacred building blocks of our world, and their balance shifts with the turning of the seasons. "Elemental Resonance" is a monthly sound journey that attunes us to this ever-changing harmony. Each month, we will explore the elements that are most potent for the current time. Sometimes we will dive deep into a primary element of strength, like the Fire of deep summer or the Earth of the harvest. Other times, we will journey with the complex interplay of all four elements as they swirl together within the season. This practice fosters a profound connection to nature's rhythms, helping you find your own inner balance amidst the cycles of change.

PREPARATION

Arrival: Plan for extra travel time! Arrive 10-minutes early to ground in.

Parking: Look for "Ohm Dome" sign near the mailbox. Pull into the driveway and find a place to park, not blocking others.

Weather: The cottage is temperature-controlled, removeable layers recommended.

Important: Once parked, journey to backyard to the magical cottage.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Ohm Dome provides yoga mat, blanket and pillow so just bring yourself!

• Easily removeable shoes to take off/on at door

• Water bottle
