WHAT TO BRING/PREPARE:

This sound bath is set in a stunning, spacious barn with majestic cathedral ceilings. Embrace the natural ambiance as you are able to feel nature's presence, while still being sheltered from all the elements. The rustic barn wood floor invites you to bring your own comforts for the session. Blankets and mats available provided by Ohm Dome on first come, first serve basis, or, if pre-arranged through TheOhmDome@gmail.com. ***Please Note: The event takes place on the 2nd level, which requires walking up one set of stairs.***

Recommended items to enhance your experience:

* Arrive 10-minutes early to check-in and sink in!

* Yoga Mat/Blanket to lay on

* Pillow for your head + pillow/s for any other body needs

* Blanket/s to keep you cozy and warm

* Water bottle

* Journal (Ohm Dome journal provided, but bring your own if preferred)

* Wear comfortable clothes
