This Mother’s Day, step into a magical sanctuary of sound, nature, and gratitude. Due to popular demand, a second session has been added from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, as the 11:00 AM session is completely sold out!

This free event is open to all pre-registered guests, whether attending alone for some much-needed "me time," bringing the children, or gathering the entire family to honor the maternal spirits in life. While the event is free, only pre-registered individuals will be permitted to attend. Limited spaces are available, so register early to secure a spot!

Join Ohm Dome at the stunning Hope Flower Farm in Waterford, VA, for an afternoon of deep connection, creative play, and restorative sound. Every intentional detail has been considered to create a lasting memory: from sound baths and kids' activities to fresh blooms, farm animals, and live music.

THE FLOW OF THE DAY

SESSION 1 (⭐️NEWLY ADDED!)

• 8:45 AM: Ohm Dome Doors Open: Find a "Nesting Spot" in the barn. (Don't Forget Your Mat!)

• 9:00 AM - 9:10 AM: Sound Bath officially begins in the upper dairy barn; Little Ohmies (ages 4-14) begins in the lower-level dairy barn for a supervised Mother's Day craft

• 10:30 AM: Sound Bath Concludes & Little Ohmies return upstairs to finish our sound celebration together!

THE EXPERIENCE

The Sound Bath (Upstairs in the Dairy Barn)

Guests will gather for a heart-centered immersion of sound and rhythm to honor the gratitude and power of motherhood.

Note on the "Vibe": Guests must understand that while every effort is made to maintain a peaceful environment with minimal distractions, this is not the typical silent Ohm Dome sound bath. It is a celebration of family life. The happy pitter-patter of children in the workshop below, occasional toddler giggles, or the bustling energy of other families enjoying the farm outside will be present. Embrace these sounds as part of the day's magic! For younger attendees who prefer to stay in the sound bath, if sitting still and remaining quiet for a one-hour period is a struggle, bring a notepad to draw on or a quiet activity that will not distract others.

"Little Ohmies" Crafting (Downstairs in Dairy Barn during Sound Bath)

Children (Ages 4-14) are invited to the supervised crafting area taking place simultaneously with the sound bath to create a special Mother's Day keepsake. This is an optional offering; all ages are welcome in the sound bath session to stay with parents or guardians, however, it is recommended for them to go to the fun craft station, because they will have a GREAT time! (Note: Participants must be potty-trained to attend this event unless an adult stays with them!).

STAY FOR THE DAY!

Food, Wine & Live Music

The magic continues after the sound bath concludes! Make a day of it:

• Fresh Eats & Drinks: Hope Flower Farm will have food and wine available for purchase on-site.

• Picnic in the Gardens: Bring a picnic blanket, purchase some local fare, and find a spot on the 26 acres to relax.

• Live Music: Enjoy live music from local artists, Mo & Mary Mac Music, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM while soaking in the spring air.

• The Farm's Chorus: Keep an ear out for 🐓 Bernard the Rooster and his "cock-a-doodle-doos," and say hello to the resident 🐄 Oreo cows, 🐣 chickens, and 🫏 donkeys. Expect to come across the king of the farm himself, Jack Cat 🐈!

THE SETTING

Held on the second floor of Hope Flower Farm’s beautifully renovated dairy barn, a light-filled haven with soaring cathedral ceilings and rustic charm. Surrounded by garden views, this sacred loft space offers a peaceful, elevated retreat for sound, stillness, and soulful renewal.

LOGISTICS & COMFORT

• Accessibility: The sound bath is on the 2nd level (stairs only). Six zero-gravity chairs are available for anyone with mobility needs. Note mobility needs in the registration to reserve one.

• Allergies: This is a working flower farm; prepare for pollen or farm animals.

• What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, comfort items (pillows/blankets), and a picnic blanket to stay after your sound celebration experience. The barn is sheltered but not temperature-controlled.

THE GIFT OF COMMITMENT

While this event is free, space is limited. Only confirmed registrants will be permitted to attend. Registering commits to filling a spot another family would love to have. Be mindful of this commitment when registering.

• Registration: Register each individual (adults and children) separately to ensure a proper head count and enough materials.

• Cancellations: Cancelations must be emailed to vibe@ohmdome.org at least 72 hours prior so the spot can be gifted to a family on the waiting list.

• Donations: To offer support, Venmo/PayPal links are included below and QR codes will be available on-site. This is never expected, but always appreciated!

DIRECTIONS & PARKING

⭐️IMPORTANT Parking: Enter through the gates into the grove of trees, and park on the RIGHT gravel lot before reaching the stone manor house on the right. Reaching any barns means going too far. Once parked, continue walking down the gravel lot to the barn with the giant silo! The event is on the 2nd floor of the silo barn. Contact Ohm Dome for mobility needs regarding parking or the event.
