Jenny will guide you through a series of immersive sonic vibrations, carefully curated to dissolve blockages and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

As you settle into a comfortable position, surrounded by the gentle glow of candlelight and the soothing aroma of essential oils, you'll be enveloped in a cocoon of sound created by an array of sacred instruments. From the resonant hum of crystal singing bowls to the primal beat of the drum, each sound is meticulously chosen to resonate with the frequencies of your being, facilitating deep relaxation and inner harmony.

Throughout the session, our experienced facilitator will gently guide you through breathing exercises and visualization techniques, enhancing the clearing process and allowing you to release tension with each exhale. As the waves of sound wash over you, you may feel layers of stress and negativity melting away, leaving you feeling lighter, more vibrant, and fully present in the moment.

AMBIENCE:

This sound bath is set in a stunning, spacious barn with majestic cathedral ceilings. Embrace the natural ambiance as you are able to feel nature's presence, while still being sheltered from all the elements. The rustic barn wood floor invites you to bring your own comforts for the session. Blankets and mats available provided by Ohm Dome on first come, first serve basis, or, if pre-arranged through TheOhmDome@gmail.com. ***Please Note: The event takes place on the 2nd level, which requires walking up one set of stairs.***

WHAT TO BRING/PREPARE:

* Arrive 10-minutes early to check-in and sink in!

* Yoga Mat/Blanket to lay on

* Pillow for your head + pillow/s for any other body needs

* Blanket/s to keep you cozy and warm

* Water bottle

* Journal (Ohm Dome journal provided, but bring your own if preferred)

* Wear comfortable clothes

*For acupuncture, wear pants that pull up to knee
