Our focus is solely on the element of Fire. As we sense the first stirrings of spring and the noticeable return of the light, we will use an energizing soundscape to connect with our own inner spark. This session is designed to awaken the pilot light of your creativity and passion for the year ahead.

ABOUT ELEMENTAL SOUND BATHS

The ancient energies of Earth, Air, Water, and Fire are the sacred building blocks of our world, and their balance shifts with the turning of the seasons. "Elemental Resonance" is a monthly sound journey that attunes us to this ever-changing harmony. Each month, we will explore the elements that are most potent for the current time. Sometimes we will dive deep into a primary element of strength, like the Fire of deep summer or the Earth of the harvest. Other times, we will journey with the complex interplay of all four elements as they swirl together within the season. This practice fosters a profound connection to nature's rhythms, helping you find your own inner balance amidst the cycles of change.

PREPARATION

Arrival: Plan for extra travel time! Arrive 10-minutes early to ground in.

Parking: Look for "Ohm Dome" sign near the mailbox. Pull into the driveway and find a place to park, not blocking others.

Weather: The cottage is temperature-controlled, removeable layers recommended.

Important: Once parked, journey to backyard to the magical cottage.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Ohm Dome provides yoga mat, blanket and pillow so just bring yourself!

• Easily removeable shoes to take off/on at door

• Water bottle
