• Location: Fleetwood Winery, Leesburg, VA - We will be located in "THE LOFT!"

• Parking & Where To Go: PARK in the gravel lot and walk to "The Loft" (there will be signs to direct you).

• Setting: We will be inside a temperature controlled, warm, gorgeous space with exquisite resonance to amplify the healing vibrations through your body!

• Who It’s For: All levels are welcome—no prior experience necessary.

• What to Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported. Eye masks and journal/pen are optional but encouraged for post-session reflection.
