Join us for "Awakening," a focused 90-minute sound bath designed by Ohm Dome founder & practitioner, Jenny Goff, to support you wherever you are on this incredible journey. Jenny fuses her enchanting vocals & guidance with an array of authentic, premium crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other ancestral healing instruments. These frequencies shift your brain state, allowing you to move beyond the analytical mind into a deeper, receptive state where profound healing and insight can occur. This session is beneficial for everyone, from those new to spiritual practice to seasoned practitioners seeking a powerful energetic tune-up.

WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring whatever you need to be deeply comfortable (mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks, etc.). Your comfort is key to allowing the sound to do its profound work.

PARKING & ARRIVAL:

These sessions take place at the SPIRITUAL AWAKENING HOLISTIC EXPO open 10AM-6PM. It is highly recommended to arrive well before your session to find parking, check in at the Expo registration table, and find our location in the Sterling/Chantilly Ballroom.
