"Day of the Dead" Sound Bath & Celebration: A Sacred Remembrance

Join us for a magical, candle-lit Day of the Dead, or Dia De Los Muertos, Sound Bath & Celebration, a heartfelt experience honoring the traditions and spirits of our loved ones who have passed. A collaboration with Jenny Goff and Rose Diaz De Leon, we will dive into the ancient stories of the Aztecs during this time when the veil between worlds is thinnest. This is not a sad or "spooky" event. It is a celebration full of joy, remembrance, and love.

This immersive event will include:

• A traditional Cacao Ceremony to open the heart.

• Folklore of the Ancient Aztecs, but also the Toltecs and other Nahua peoples.

• An Altar of Remembrance (Ofrenda): Bring a picture or sentiment to place on the altar and light a tealight candle for 1-2 loved ones. (Candles provided by Ohm Dome)

• A beautiful Guided Journey and Sound Bath honoring those who have passed.

• Time to share and keep cherished memories alive.

Come with remembrance and intention to welcome the souls of your loved ones for a little while.

PREPARATION

Arrival: Arrive 5-10 minutes early to ground in

Parking: Enter through the gates into the grove. of trees, veer left at the barn silo, and park in gravel lot!

Weather: Check weather! Removable layers suggested.

WHAT TO BRING

• Yoga mat

• Comfort! (pillows, blankets, bolsters, if preferred)

• Comfortable clothing (dress for the temperature. We are inside, away from the elements, but not temperature controlled.

• Water bottle

THE SETTING

Held on the second floor of Hope Flower Farm’s beautifully renovated dairy barn, a light-filled haven with soaring cathedral ceilings and rustic charm. Surrounded by gardens views, this sacred loft space offers a peaceful, elevated retreat for sound, stillness, and soulful renewal. Please note, this location requires walking up one flight of stairs to the 2nd floor.

FIRST TIME?

We welcome beginners with open arms. No experience needed.
